Where it all started

I started on the client side, looking for a home that matched both my lifestyle and my budget. It was a fragmented experience: endless viewings, realtors not responding, unauthorized properties (properties that do not comply with legal regulations) unethical Real Estate Agents, unsuitable properties, etc... All in all a frustrating situation and I nearly gave up. I felt nobody was listening to meet my requirements or asked the right questions so I could further refine them.

As an investor and guest to various countries, I’ve experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right property, especially when you do not know the territory and you’re navigating unfamiliar markets, cultural nuances, or trying to align your investment with your values and lifestyle.
